White roofs are never easy to keep clean!

Sanctuary Cove engaged with Rothwells to scope and repaint approx 10,000 sqm of white colorbond roofs to ensure their roofs were maintained to a standard befitting the exclusive water front precinct.

Being a marina location, this project was extremely complexed in that all water needed to be pumped out of gutters and into tanks to ensure no chalky residue entered the adjacent waterways. Following blocking off downpipes and pumping out 1000’s of litres of water used to wash the surfaces, the application of Dulux Cool Roof was the easy part!
