Rothwells were engaged by the client in the completion of a large scale external refurbishment and repaint at Helensvale Central Apartments.

Scope is complete substrate remediation / preparation and repaint across 3 large buildings and includes working from EWP, abseil and fixed scaffold. Given the large number of residents onsite, Rothwells daily project management of site has lead to a successful project where disruption has been minimized largely due to effective and constant communication.

Works are completed using a professionally provided specification and is finished with Dulux’s premium Acrashield Elastomeric Coating.
